CTB is a non-profit organization that helps elevate women and diversity in the music industry. This show is part of a 10-city tour going across Canada and with workshops supported by Canada Council for the Arts and Long & Mcquade. Details for the workshop hosted earlier in the evening by our guest DJs will be announced soon.

Sydney Blu is a Juno Nominated chart topping artist with releases on labels like Mau5trap, Drumcode, Toolroom, and more. 

DJ Minx was inspired to spin at The Music Institute in 1989, where some of Detroit’s leading dance music DJs helped to hone her skills. She spent time on radio, and was a resident of world-renowned Club Motor in Hamtramck. She has become a regular fixture at Detroit's Movement festival and at major venues around the world. in 1996, Minx founded Women on Wax, a collective of female DJs from the Metro Detroit area. She has since established her own record label called Women On Wax Recordings, which has become a platform for her own productions and an outlet for local talent. She was named one of the “20 Women Who Shaped the History of Dance Music” by Mixmag and one of the “Best house music DJs of all time” by TimeOut New York.
